How to submit a dispute
Use “Dispute” on the review to identify the passage, explain your specific concern and provide contact details. Do not send unrelated personal information or identity documents.
While a dispute is being reviewed
If there may be a safety issue or serious rights violation, we may temporarily hide the review. Otherwise, we may show that a dispute is being reviewed.
Decision
We use the guidelines and information we can verify to decide whether to keep, temporarily hide or remove a review, and record that action. An objection alone does not cause automatic removal.
No paid removal
Payment, advertising, sponsorship or discounts do not change ranking or removal decisions.
