Purpose of the service
Sumumae lets people share information about homes and their own experiences living in them. We do not broker housing, provide legal advice or guarantee the accuracy of posts.
Your responsibilities when posting
Describe your own experience accurately and honestly. Do not post another person’s private information, unverified claims of crime, fraud or character, retaliation, harassment or false accounts.
Checks and action after publication
Reviews and property representatives’ replies are published immediately after automated checks for prohibited terms, inappropriate language, personal information and promotional links. Content flagged by these checks cannot be submitted. We may review published content and hide or remove it when needed. We will not rewrite the meaning of someone’s experience on their behalf.
Fair treatment
We do not remove or favour reviews in exchange for payment, advertising deals or discounts. We review disputes through the same process.
